This program is a customized, digital done-for-you service.
It includes the preparation and delivery of a structured system designed to help you build and operate a faceless content-based platform.
All work is created specifically for each client based on the information provided during onboarding.Â
2. Onboarding & Acceptance of Terms
Before the setup process begins, you are required to complete an onboarding form.Â
By submitting this form, you:

⢠Acknowledge the scope of services being provided
⢠Agree to these terms, including the refund policy

The onboarding form serves as a record of your acknowledgement and acceptance of the agreed scope and terms.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of this service, the following applies:
⢠Once the onboarding form has been submitted and work has begun, the service is non-refundable
⢠Once the system has been completed and delivered, the service is fully non-refundable under all circumstances
This is because resources, time, and effort are allocated specifically to each client from the moment onboarding is completed.

We do not guarantee:

6. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that:

⢠You are responsible for posting and executing the strategy
⢠Results are dependent on your actions and consistency
The service provides direction and structure, not execution on your behalfÂ
7. SupportÂ
Any support included with the program is limited to the scope and duration specified at the time of purchase.
Additional support may be offered separately as an optional upgrade.
Support is intended to provide clarification and guidance â not to replace implementation.Â
8. Disputes & Claims
Any claims that contradict the agreed scope of service or terms must be supported by verifiable evidence.
All documentation, including onboarding forms, communication history, and proof of delivery, may be used to respond to and resolve disputes.
9. Final AcknowledgementÂ
By purchasing this program and submitting the onboarding form, you acknowledge that:

REFUND POLICY - COURSES & COACHING
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the program, but we also want to ensure our students have given the program a fair shot and have used their best effort to apply the methods and strategies. Please contact our support team at hi@tanishapkalsi.com within 30 days of your enrollment to qualify for a refund. We follow a âDo The Workâ Refund Policy which means you must include ALL required, completed coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include all required coursework by your 30th day, your refund will not be accepted. All refunds are discretionary as determined by Tanishapkalsi and the team. Â
We are about honesty, fairness, and customer satisfaction. We have no problem issuing a full refund if youâve actually tried your best and done the work, but the course was not fitting for your business and/or business goals.

 An example of a situation where we wouldnât grant a refund is if a student doesnât put in any effort, doesnât go through the courses, doesnât take full responsibility for their own success, and then asks for their money back. We also do not offer refunds for the following: (1) attempts to use the refund policy as a way to opt-out of any existing financial obligation, (2) change of business direction after purchasing the course, and/or (3) inability to complete the program.
 An example of a situation where we would give a refund is if you do the entire course, try your best, share with us what you learned, and then provide an objectively fair reason why you want your money back. This means we are expecting the following documents and tasks to be completed:Â
